Walk 1 - 30 Oct 15 - Dunster - photos taken by Andy Pearson

We all had a wonderful time down at Selworthy! Excellent accommodation as is usual with HF Holidays - and the walks! Superb conditions and weather, dramatic views enhanced by the autumn colours, combined with some most unusual atmospheric conditions made for an unforgettable experience. These photos are from the short first walk after meeting up in Dunster - followed by...

Walk 2 - 31 Oct 15 - Dunkery Beacon - photos taken by Andy Pearson

The walk on Saturday up to Dunkery Beacon, great views and a nice leg stretch - good preparation for the long walk next day...

Walk 3 - 1 Nov 15 - Selworthy Short Walk

Sunday's short walk, recruited assistant photographers Doreen, Jean W. and John L. who did a fine job of recording their excursion - files contain each of their surnames to identify sets..

Walk 4 - 1 Nov 15 - Selworthy Long Walk - photos taken by Andy Pearson

A longer walk (9 miles) lead by Jamie - cracking walk with views out to sea and one or two serious climbs, up to Selworthy Beacon and almost as far as Porlock Weir before return to Selworthy and tea shop..

Walk 5 - 2 Nov 15 - Minehead - photos taken by Andy Pearson

Final walk, after packing and leaving Holnicote House - Kathy lead 8 of us round a nice little route out of Minehead up onto North Hill and over the ridge in an anticlockwise route back into town via Church Steps and through some streets of older cottages. This day was rather misty, verging on fog at times as you can tell! Finished off with tea and cakes in a harbour side café. End of a grand, very successful weekend.

Some of us will be back for more before too long for sure!
