We produce a programme of walks every three months, which is emailed directly to members and is published on our website​ and on the national Ramblers website. For every walk we give details of the starting time and place, any car share arrangements, mileage, grading, a brief description of the walk and the leader's contact number. If you need more specific information about any aspect of the walk, please contact the leader directly.

The walks programme is put together by our Web Editor and our Walks Co-ordinator. Anyone who wishes to lead a walk must be registered as a walk leader with Ramblers. Ramblers have decided that existing leaders, as well as new leaders, have to complete the online training modules. If walk leaders don't do this they will lose their walk leader status and won’t be able to lead walks. As a walk leader you can submit details of your proposed walk to our Walks Co-ordinator or add details of your walk to the Ramblers Walks Manager application.
